Report requirments:

• Before you perform your inspection, verify that your camera is set to take pictures at 640x480 resolution. For most of the cameras that England Enterprises Inc. uses, this will be your lowest resolution setting.
• Fill out the current inspection report which is available at this link inspection template.pdf
• When you have completed the report select the "Print" command from the "File" menu.
• This will open the print window.
• In the print window select "Adobe pdf" as the printer and click on "properties".
• In the "properties" window select "Smallest file size" click "OK"
• Click "Print"
• This will help to keep the file size of the report pdf to a minimum and help speed up the upload times and amount of disc space used on the server.

Reporting instructions:

1. Fill out and print your report to a "pdf" file using the instructions above for "Report Requirements".
2. Click on the "Browse" button and navigate to the inspection report you wish to upload.
3. Select the project that the inspection report is for.
4. Select yourself as the inspector.
5. List the type of inspection performed for this report. You can be detailed if necessary, there is plenty of room in the feild.
6. For "Billable time" select time on site and include time for filling out your report.
7. Select the amount of travel time ONE WAY to the jobsite.
8. Select the date that the inspection was performed.
9. Click the button labeled "Upload File and Submit report".
