Course Objective: Manufactured or Modular? This class will help you identify the difference between the two types of housing. And taught the proper requirements for setting them up.

Method of Evaluation:A series of pre and post progress tests and reviews are used. The student will also be provided a series of worksheets that help demonstrate how related tables and code sections interact. Interactive instructor lectures will help the student understand proper code interpretation and avoid common mistakes in the field.
